• Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to bd234's systems through hacking, phishing, or any other means.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes against bd234 as a form of fraud.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Bd234 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Registering or completing verification using false information.
• If fraudulent or suspicious financial activity is detected.
• By order of a court or government authority.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).
